Escape from the Amazon: Three travelers embark on the adventure of a lifetime to explore the uncharted headwaters of the Amazon. Kidnap in the killing fields: Land-mine clearance specialist Chris Moon and two of his colleagues are ambushed as they work to rid the Cambodian countryside of the deadly remnants of civil war. They are kidnapped by Khmer Rouge guerrillas. Chris plays a risky psychological game with his captors, and manages to avoid instant execution. Then he sees an opportunity to escape, but knows that if he runs for it his friends will certainly be killed by the vengeful Khmer Rouge. If he stays, he faces an almost impossible battle of wits with these notoriously ruthless fighters. Even if he manages to negotiate release, will they make it out of the harsh Cambodian jungle?
